Meridian's Trusted Dog Groomer for Over 40 Years
Classi K-9 Clips is a family-owned grooming salon in downtown Meridian, led by a Nationally Certified Master Groomer with more than 40 years of hands-on experience. Your dog gets calm, personalized care and a stress free groom from someone who genuinely loves the work, and it shows.
A Grooming Salon Built on Personalized Care
From the moment you walk through our door, your dog is in gentle, capable hands. Tucked into downtown Meridian on Main Street, Classi K-9 Clips has been a familiar, friendly face for local customers for years, and it shows in the reviews.
We keep things cage-free, so grooming never turns into a stressful wait for anxious pets. Dogs get to relax, socialize, and hang out with our staff instead of sitting boxed in somewhere. It's less about rushing through and more about giving each dog the patience and personalized care they need to actually feel safe and comfortable. The result is a stress-free, positive experience, for both of you.
Whether it's a routine bath and trim or a full breed-specific style, you're trusting your dog's comfort and well being to someone who's spent a career earning that trust, one of the most experienced groomers in the Treasure Valley.
Dogs with special needs, anxiety, or unique behavior all get the same gentle, loving care. We promise to do our best to make your pet look their very best, cared for with the same kind, professional touch we'd want for family, because a well cared for dog lives a happier, healthier life.
40+ Years of Professional Grooming Experience
Classi K-9 Clips is owned and operated by Shirl Schaeffer, a Nationally Certified Master Groomer (NCMG) through the National Dog Groomers Association of America, a credential she's held since 1990.
With more than 40 years of professional grooming experience, she's built a career on getting the details right, from breed-standard haircuts to coat type and coat condition, and handling dogs who are a little nervous about the whole process.
Grooming trends and techniques don't stand still, and neither does the trained team at Classi K-9 Clips. We keep up with ongoing industry certifications and continuing education so your dog always gets current, expert care.
